Preparation: Pour approx. 200 ml boiling water on 1 heaped teaspoon of herbs (2.5 g), leave to stand for 7 minutes and strain through a fine tea strainer. Tip! Due to its high quality, Herbaslim can be brewed twice without loss of taste.

Daily recommendation: Drink 3 - 5 cups daily. Also ideal as a thirst-quenching iced tea! Cool the cooled tea down to approx. 8 –10˚ C in the refrigerator.
