It's so easy to prepare your fresh yoghurt in the FitLine yoghurt maker!
For 1 liter ready-to-eat FitLine yoghurt drink you need:

1 liter UHT milk (0.3%-3.5% fat)
Preparation at room temperature
Fill the inner container halfway with UHT milk (0.3-3.5% fat) or soy milk at room temperature and pour the contents of one sachet of Feel Good Yoghurt. The higher the fat in the milk you use, the firmer your yoghurt will be. Stir in the powder with a whisk until it has completely dissolved.
Top up with the rest of the milk (makes about 1 liter) and stir thoroughly again. Carefully put on the lid of the inner container. Squeeze out as much air as possible.
Pour boiling water into the outer container up to the top of the inner container supports. Now place the inner container inside. Carefully put on the lid of the outer container. Then let stand at room temperature for about 10 hours. Shorter times result in mild acidification, longer times in stronger acidification.
Place the finished "Feel Good Yoghurt" in the refrigerator for further ripening and cooling. It can be kept there for several days.
To refine your yoghurt, you can add fruit juices (for a yoghurt drink), FitLine Gourmet Shakes, FitLine Antioxy, fruit, vegetables, jam etc. to your heart's content and taste. Try it out and enjoy a piece of nature with your family...
